This site began life as the Pacific Ship and Shore Historical Review back in 2003. The site went into hibernation in 2006, and was reborn in 2010 as The Pacific Review. We're back online as Pacific Ship and Shore Historical Review with luck for yet awhile.

On this site you'll also find The Dixon Echoes, a newsletter pertaining to the northern California town of Dixon, near Sacramento.
